White Oak Bench
White Oak Bench with minor splits in top surface inlaid with turquoise. The bench top has amazing feathered grain and a naturally contoured and warped surface. Bench has a floating top, legs are raked at 5 degrees, and assembled using loose tenon joinery.

White Oak Bench with Dark Walnut Stain
White Oak bench made with wood harvested from client's tree. Wood was cut into logs, flatsawn at a local mill, air dried down to 10% moisture, and then used to fabricate bench. The bench was stained dark walnut to match flooring in client's living room. Construction features Japanese joint used to lock legs together - a through mortise with tenon pinned by wedge.

Natural Edge Ambrosia Maple Coffee Table
Ambrosia Maple coffee table made from two pieces of natural edge wood joined together. Minor splits were infilled with dark brown epoxy. Legs are hard maple, painted black to match other furniture in the room, and joined to curly maple aprons with castle joints.
